I'm not sure it's a good idea for me to have a Chilly Willy thermometer in my kitchen... This is what greeted me yesterday.
I don't think I'll look at it again till at least May :)

Brrrr.... but I bet you can cut down on opening the fridge - just leave stuff out on the counter!
Funny thing about that - Last year my friend had gotten two hams from the Navy base. One she used right away, and the other...well, when it came time to use it, she couldn't find it ANYWHERE. Finally (a WHILE later) she went out on her patio and found it in a (clean) garbage bag off to the side. That blasted thing was still frozen! So, yes, winter does have its perks sometimes! Hey, I really can't complain - at least I don't need to keep my toothpaste in the fridge to prevent it from freezing!
